The Northern Film & TV Studios is the only large-scale studio complex in the North East. We provide dry-hire studio and green screen facilities to suit a range of content producers, and offer long and short-term hire to suit your filming or unit base needs.
The Northern Studios are at the heart of an area with excellent location shooting opportunities, with incredible coastal, rural, urban, industrial and heritage settings all within a 45-minute drive.
Recent productions in the region include: Vera, Gentleman Jack, Victoria, George Gently, The Dumping Ground, Ambulance, Driving School, I Daniel Blake, 1917, Harry Potter, Transformers Avengers and Avengers End Game.
In partnership with North East Screen, the region’s creative development agency, we provide full support and location services for production crews.
