The MBS Group serves as the studio operator and exclusive provider of studio equipment and services.

Set on 93 acres of land, The 380,200-square-foot facility features two stages totaling 105,000 square feet with heights ranging from 22 to 30 feet. It also offers approximately 80,000 square feet of production offices and support space. An additional 195,000 square feet of office space is leased to film-related and other commercial tenants.
