Located on the South Coast Plain of England in West Sussex, Lancing has a long shingle beach and a large brackish lagoon which plays host to a variety of water sports. It is an eclectic place that would make a great location to shoot any type of production: from the 19th Century Gothic architecture of the stunning local college and listed buildings in town; to shops, urban housing, a business park and a leisure centre. It is also still close to nature, being set between the English Channel and the beautiful South Downs and has a nature reserve, parks, the nearby Brooklands Lake and a network of streams and brooks that lead to the River Arun.
