3 Mills Studios has provided a stage for world-class film and TV for over 30 years. 80,000 sq. ft. of Sound Stages alongside Rehearsal Rooms, Prop Stores, Unit Space, Offices, HMU Rooms and a range of support spaces.
Stages
All stages are dry hire and are equipped with 3-phase power, house lights, gas, heating and allocated unit parking bays. Utilities, cleaning, internet and telephone calls incur additional costs.
Offices, green rooms, prop stores, construction workshops and make-up and dressing rooms are all close by and there are over 200 additional parking bays on site.
Productions are able to negotiate deals with their preferred suppliers as our stages do not come equipped with gantries, lights, rigging, cameras etc.
Rehearsal Rooms
With 2 rehearsal stages and 8 rehearsal rooms ranging from 280 sq. ft. to 3,945 sq. ft., 3 Mills is the preferred rehearsal venue for world-renowned theatrical, dance and opera companies.
Each rehearsal room is unique, with some offering wooden floors, sky lights and mirrors. All are close to showers, toilets, production offices and make up and dressing rooms.

3 Mills Studios provides a professional service and a full range of production facilities including 9 filming stages, 10 rehearsal rooms, 24 hour security & CCTV, 200+ parking bays and high speed broadband via industry provider Sohonet.
We also support our clients to make your time on site as productive as possible. Our experienced team are on hand to assist with any production services such as health & safety; IT & telephony; maintenance assistance and bureau and postal services.
